The compensator can be divided into non-binding bellows compensator and a binding compensator according to whether it can absorb the pressure thrust of medium pressure in the pipe. The displacement type of bellows can be divided into axial type compensator, transverse type compensator, angular type compensator and pressure balance type bellows compensator.
