According to data released by the Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade, the country’s exports of iron ore fines and pellets to China totaled around 20.51 million tons in December.
During the given months, the figure was 21.2% higher than the same month a year ago.
China’s import price of iron ore from Brazil was averaged at USD 45.84 per ton, compared from USD 95.02 per ton in the same time of last year.
